This includes an energy performance certificate, an electrical safety certificate and a gas certificate. You also need to have landlord’s insurance. We can advise you when we visit the property and would be happy to take on compliance for your complete peace of mind.

If you decide you would like us to market the property for you, we visit once again to take photographs, and details of the description ready to promote it. If your property is empty we can use Ai staging to show its potential and achieve the best returns for you. We register you as a client and your property on our bespoke software and detail all the particulars.

All rental property is marketed on our website. It will also be live across all the online portals such as Rightmove, Zoopla and shared on our social media platforms to reach the widest audience locally. We can also share details with existing tenants and prospects waiting for new rental properties.
