Established in 1850, Masons and Partners LLP offers a dynamic work place within one of the oldest professional services businesses in Louth, a market town at the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds National Landscape (formerly known as the Lincolnshire Wolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty).
Masons offers estate agency, sales, letting, planning and consultancy services for residential and rural property. We also offer rural business advice to farmers, landowners and the increasing number of investors discovering the potential of rural Lincolnshire.
We have an office-based team of 30 including directors and support staff with around a dozen part time market day staff at our weekly Louth Livestock Market, plus self-employed farmers who help at peak times.

We invest in the best people and provide support to all types of staff to gain specialist property qualifications from administration apprenticeships to RICS approved APC training to become a chartered surveyor.
