28-day modern property auctions are perfect for chain free properties either by Traditional Online Auction (with immediate exchange of contracts for cash buyers) or Conditional Online Auction (with up to 20 working days for buyers to finalise any mortgage arrangements if needed).

Our standard terms apply but with no additional commission for our vendors selling at online auction, other than the legal pack arranged via your own solicitor where possible. A buyer's premium is paid by the buyer on completion.
