Simon Williams is a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (FAAV) and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). With almost 30 years’ experience advising farmers and landowners. Simon has an extensive client base and specialises in the following areas:

Simon Demery MRICS
Associate Head of Residential Agency
Simon has worked as a general practise chartered surveyor for 32 years in and around Louth after commencing his property career in Avon and Somerset. He is vastly experienced in residential property transactions and was the manager/valuer for the very successful Halifax Property Services branch in Louth between 1987 and 2008, before they closed it during their national policy change.
Their loss and our gain, Simon heads up our residential sales team and has a loyal following from vendors and buyers alike due to his attention to detail, personal service, fabulous presentation of properties and most importantly professionalism and integrity often lacking in some estate agents. Simon is a RICS registered valuer, assisting the professional valuation and services team with all types of valuation whether for inheritance tax, matrimonial proceedings or other disputes.
Simon is married and has two children who are growing up fast and in his spare time enjoys photography, cycling and if the wind blows from the east (seldom) he could well be found with his kite buggy on the beach.
Oliver Chapman FDSc Ag
Oliver is a Livestock Auctioneer. He officially joined the firm in December 2019, however was known to us prior due to his interest and presence at Louth Livestock Market.
His main line of work at Masons is auctioneering and running the livestock procurement at Louth Livestock Market. Oliver is currently studying towards a ‘Livestock Market Operations and Management’ course at Harper Adams University, and once graduated with become a Fellow of the Livestock Auctioneers Association.
Oliver previously studied Agriculture at ‘the best land-based College in the country’, Riseholme, on the 200-hectare Campus, where he later went on to complete a Foundation Degree. Alongside studying he worked around the county contract lambing and later went on to work on a large mixed farm for two years as head stockman.
In his spare time Oliver runs a Pedigree Flock of Charollais sheep on his family farm near Louth and competes at various competitions around the country.
Associate | Office Manager | Accounts
Debbie joined the lettings team in 2011; moving from a sales role in an Estate Agency. In 2013 she moved over to our accounts department – having previously worked in banking for 19 years. Debbie now manages our accounts for Masons Office, Louth Livestock Market, Lincolnshire Deer Group, Ladida (The Lincoln and District Dinner to Agriculture) and Hainton Gymkhana.
When not juggling numbers Debbie enjoys walking and reading and a little known fact is that she has a qualification in painting and decorating!
Jessica Gladding MARLA
Lettings & Property Management
Jessica works within the Lettings and Property Management department, having almost 5 years' worth of industry experience, since joining Masons in 2017. She works closely alongside our Lettings Manager, Wendy Taylor, who both pride themselves on providing a dedicated and highly efficient service, with no two days ever being the same!
In 2022 she will sit the technical award in Residential Lettings and Property Management to become an accredited member of ARLA.
Outside of work Jess enjoys spending her time on the family farm, socialising with friends or renovating her partners 300 year old property. In 2019 she was asked to be the Honorary Secretary of Hainton & District Gymkhana, a historical one day Lincolnshire horse event, in aid of local charities.
Russell Jeanes MRICS FAAV

Russell Jeanes is a partner at Masons and is a qualified Rural Practice Chartered Surveyor and member of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers. Russell has a wide range of experience in rural property matters and estate management, together with livestock marketing and has been with Masons since 2003. His main areas of work are:

Sam Williams BSc (Hons)
Associate | Residential Property Agent
Sam joined Masons in May of 2018 to assist the sales team; since then he is now undertaking training to become a residential surveyor.
Sam studied Business Administration and Geographical Information Systems at Aston University, and then took a Masters post graduate degree all interspersed with farm work. Previously, having worked in a variety of agricultural service businesses in the area he then joined the family agricultural contracting business covering the North Lincolnshire area. Having always been interested in property he has been keen to get into the industry since university and is also currently renovating his own house in Louth.
In his spare time Sam enjoys spending time with friends and family, walking Labrador 'Molly' in the Lincolnshire wolds, visiting Cadwell Park racing circuit and playing the odd game of Golf.

Rosie Chetwynd-Talbot BSc Hons
Consultant Residential Property Agent
Since qualifying with a degree in Property Agency and Marketing, Rosie’s 14 year career in Estate Agency has given her an unusually wide breadth of experience. She spent the first half of her career in Central London selling Farms and Country Estates from the Head Office of an international firm, followed by running a Prime Central London Property Sales office. Rosie then returned to her beloved home county and has spent the second half of her career working for Masons, covering all areas of Agency work as well as developing a specialism in Rural and Equestrian Property. Rosie is highly self motivated and committed to every task she takes on, enjoying the thrill of negotiating the best possible deal for our clients as well as thriving on producing detailed marketing material and seeing sales through to a successful completion.
Rosie remained a member of the firm during an extended maternity leave and now is a full time mother enjoying working mainly from home doing viewing feedback and database cleansing, as well as stepping in on occasion to assist with the production of some of the more complex marketing material. She enjoys returning to the office, often with her daughter who is now something of a team mascot, to attend regular meetings in order to keep abreast of progress.
Rosie is a country person at heart and is happiest spending time outdoors with her little girl, two dogs, two horses and husband Ed, who also works for Masons, alongside their Free Range Chicken farming enterprise.
David Williams FAAV
Consultant | AMC Agent
David Williams left his livestock auctioneering and farming roots in North Wales in 1966 to join Mason, Fuller Chatterton & Haxby as it was then, and became a partner in 1968. He has practised throughout the region for approaching 60 years and is widely regarded as a senior and authoritative figure in the profession. After becoming an agent for AMC in 1972 David is the longest serving and most experienced AMC agent in the country. Through longevity, diligence and hard work he has transacted more AMC business than any other single agent. David was national President of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuer’s in 1996 and was on the Lord Chancellors Panel of Arbitrators for three decades. He is vastly knowledgeable about the area's farming families and is often called upon to give our clients the benefit of his experience and knowledge particularly in times of difficulty and when major decisions are required. Having sold cattle in the market every week throughout his career, David handed over the auctioneering reins to Russell and now keeps an eye on Oliver. He is a consultant to the firm doing Agricultural Mortgage Corporation (AMC) broking and advice and is a director of the livestock market business Louth Market Ltd.
Lettings Administrator | Lettings
Tania joined Masons in February 2022 having had various administration roles throughout her career. Tania assists the letting team with the administration for the team and tenant/landlord communication and support. Outside work Tania has been married for 25 years and has 2 grown up daughters. Tania moved to the Lincolnshire Wolds in 2019 and spends her free time looking after the family's horses, dogs, cats and restoring their house.
Associate Head of Client Accounting
Rowena joined Masons in 1999, having previously worked for DDM Agriculture as a Secretary/Administrator for four years. Rowena’s main role in the office is dealing with Masons client accounts and client/office accounts for our sister company Sanderson Green; with her main focus on rent collection for residential and agricultural tenancies, client/ supplier payments and bank reconciliations.
Outside of work she loves hill walking, hiking around the Lincolnshire Wolds with her husband and traveling around the countryside.
Tim Needham BSc Hons
Consultant AMC & Agribusiness Advisor
Tim is a Lincolnshire farmer with over 20 years of experience in farm management and splits his working time between the family farming business and consultancy work. The farm is mainly arable, growing combinable crops, sugar beet and vining peas alongside a beef fattening unit. He is also chairman of Stemgold Peas Ltd and is a member of the finance committee at The Lincolnshire Agricultural Society. He has worked with Masons since 2005 and specialises in:

Violet Woods MNAEA
Senior Sales Negotiator
Violet works as a Sales Negotiator within our residential department, alongside Jessika Critten. Having joined Masons in 2018 and accrued several years' experience Violet recently achieved Level 3 Award in The Sale of Residential Property to become a member of the National Association of Estate Agents.
Violet plays a vital role within the sales team. Her typical day includes anything from negotiating sales, to arranging market appraisals, to accompanying viewings and making important customer/client feedback calls.
In her spare time she enjoys socialising with friends and family and attends a local gym after work to keep fit.
Ella Redrup BSc (Hons) MRICS FAAV
Associate | Chartered Surveyor & Valuer
Ella joined Masons in September 2020 as a Rural Surveyor and Valuer, having relocated to Lincolnshire with her farm manager husband.
After graduating from Harper Adams University in 2016 with a first class honours degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management, Ella went on to qualify as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers, whilst working in Leicestershire and north Warwickshire. As an RICS Registered Valuer, Ella specialises in RICS Red Book Valuations, as well as undertaking a wide range of professional client work.
Outside of work, Ella is a volunteer for Lincolnshire Rural Support Network (LRSN) and enjoys exploring the Lincolnshire countryside and coastline with her working cocker spaniels. Ella is also keen baker and skier.
Jessika Critten MNAEA
Senior Sales Negotiator
Jessika works within our residential sales department dealing with progression and viewings. Jess joined Masons in 2020 due to an enormous increase in demand and has established herself extremely well within the team. Jessika has received many 5-star reviews from clients and buyers alike, giving credit to the great service she offers!
Jessika has recently passed Level 3 Award in The Sale of Residential Property, to become a member of the National Association of Estate Agents. She is now working towards Level 4 Certificate in Sale of Residential Property to become a fellow of the NAEA.
Outside of work Jessika likes to spend time with her family and friends and also takes on property renovations with her partner.
Sales Team Apprentice
Bethany Traves joined our Sales Team in 2021, as a ‘Customer Service Apprentice’ after an impressive set of A-level results. Bethany’s day-to-day duties include meeting and greeting clients and customers, responding to customer enquiries, coordinating viewings, assisting her sales colleagues, amongst many other imperative administrative tasks, to ensure the office runs smoothly. She has all but completed her NVQ diploma and will soon finish her apprenticeship in Customer Service.
Beth has a keen eye for interior design and really appreciates the creative side of architecture and design. She likes to keep fit at a local gym after work and loves nothing more than spending time with family and friends.
Lucy Turner BSc Hons MRICS

Lucy is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Having graduated from Harper Adams University with a First Class Honours Degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management (REALM), she relocated from her home county of Shropshire, to Lincolnshire, to join Masons professional team.
Lucy's main role in the firm is within Masons Rural undertaking an array of professional client work, assisting Russell with infrastructure work and stocktaking valuations. She also works on Land Agency sales. Lucy also assists at the weekly Livestock Market clerking the sales, driving, weighing prime sheep and booking in store cattle. She runs our online machinery auctions with our auctioneer Oliver.
Outside of work Lucy enjoys spending time in the countryside, visiting family back home and helping her partner out on his family farm.

Margaret is a member of the sales team, working "behind the scenes" to provide admin support to her colleagues. She is a part-time member of staff attending the office four days a week and has many years’ experience of working in both the public and private sectors.
In her spare time she enjoys working in her garden and loves to travel.
BSc Hons Planning & Development
Lauren has joined Masons to assist the Rural team with their professional client work focusing particularly on Rural Planning. Having graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 2012 with a degree in Planning and Property Development, Lauren worked for a private developer identifying sites for strategic development, before moving on to work within the equestrian industry for a number of years.
Having returned to her home town of Louth in the spring of 2019, Lauren was keen to progress her career and is now aiming towards her RICS accreditation. Having previously ridden for Great Britain, Lauren now enjoys competing horses as a hobby alongside looking after her beloved Labradoodle Mollie on her partner's farm in the Wolds.

Admin Support & Data Manager | Rural Team
Holly joined the company in 2014 after returning from Dubai as Practice Manager of a Veterinary Hospital. Prior to this she served seventeen years in the British Army as a Systems Engineer and Satellite Communications instructor finishing her time as Operations Manager. Her main role within the firm is to provide administration support to the Agricultural Professional department where she mainly deals with our professional system and invoicing.
Outside of work Holly loves travelling and walking her dog Dave.
Washdown Biosecurity Foreman
Rebecca originally a Business Student at Riseholme Agricultural College went on to work in the oil industry for 13 years, working in Guildford Surrey and Great Yarmouth / Bacton in Norfolk as Office Manager for BP, before taking a short career break to spend time with her 2 daughters and move back to Lincolnshire.
Rebecca arrived at Masons in January 2010 to help take the administration and management work load of the office facilities, HR and IT from the Partners.
When not helping us out, Rebecca manages her own holiday park and restaurant.

Emma joined the firm in January 2021 to assist with administration duties in the Rural Team. Before joining Masons she worked as a legal secretary mainly in conveyancing and Wills and Probate and has over 25 years experience.
When Emma is not at work she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening and rummaging in junk shops.

Karen joined the company in 2020. Her main role within the firm is to provide administration support to Masons Rural Team. She has worked in various administration roles but primarily her experience has been with the NFU Mutual Insurance.
In her spare time, she enjoys reading, gardening and loves walking along the coastline in Jersey.
