Simon Demery BSc (Hons)

Associate | Senior Property Valuer

Bio

Simon has worked as a general practise chartered surveyor for 32 years in and around Louth after commencing his property career in Avon and Somerset. He is vastly experienced in residential property transactions and was the manager/valuer for the very successful Halifax Property Services branch in Louth between 1987 and 2008, before they closed it during their national policy change.

Their loss and our gain, Simon heads up our residential sales team and has a loyal following from vendors and buyers alike due to his attention to detail, personal service, fabulous presentation of properties and most importantly professionalism and integrity often lacking in some estate agents.

Simon is married and has two children who are growing up fast and in his spare time enjoys photography, cycling and if the wind blows from the east (seldom) he could well be found with his kite buggy on the beach.
