Henry Simpson FAAV
Rural Team Assistant
Henry joined Masons Rural in 2022 having enrolled in Rural Estate and Land Management at Harper Adams University. While studying, Henry works with MD Simon Williams as well as assisting other members of the Rural team. Having previously worked on the family farm, Henry started his career with a good understanding of the industry as well as assisting with livestock every week at Louth Livestock Market. In November 2025 he sat his professional CAAV exams and passed first time to become a new fellow (FAAV), a testament to Henry's hard work and the benefits of professional practice working alongside colleagues and clients.
Henry loves the diversity of working around agriculture. He enjoys getting out of the office to meet with clients in the Lincolnshire Wolds and taking a hands-on role at the market. Outside of work, Henry likes to clay shoot, play golf and padel.

Emma Middleton BSc Hons
Farm Business Management Accounts, Bookkeeping & Payroll
Emma joined Masons in November 2022 as a Rural Business Advisor and Consultant specialising in Management Accounts, Bookkeeping and Payroll. Emma has lived in Lincolnshire most of her life and grew up on the Vestbirk family farm at Ashby Puerorum. The Vestbirk name might be a familiar to many Lincolnshire farmers from her father Hans, who was a well-known and respected Agricultural Consultant in the county. Following her BSc (Hons) degree in Agriculture at Newcastle, Emma moved to Cambridge where she worked for Deloitte, gaining her accountancy qualifications and considerable accounts expertise with the leading global financial advisory firm. She later returned to Lincolnshire working for established local accountancy firm Duncan & Toplis for 5 years. Emma now lives on a mixed farm with her husband, three children, free range hens, suckler cows and some arable. Over the last 14 years Emma has provided specialist agricultural bookkeeping and management accounts to a wide range of mixed clients across all aspects of the agri-sector from livestock to arable farms in different sizes. We are delighted to welcome Emma to Masons Rural Team offering bespoke individual help to farm businesses of all sizes. From a simple review to assess where you are, to ongoing monthly help with finances, or bespoke consultancy to assess a new project, Emma’s wealth of expertise will be a huge benefit for our rural clients looking to stabilise, grow or diversify.

Angela joined Masons in February 2023 having previously retired from senior sales and marketing positions in national and international business organisations. Angela travelled extensively throughout her career working in Asia for 7 years and Germany for 18 months. She has been responsible for sales management, business development, brand integration and streamlining business operations.
Angela joins us as Assistant to our Managing Director using her diverse experience to take on a range of projects freeing up Director time to focus on client initiatives.
Having moved to Lincolnshire in 2021 with her husband, Angela was delighted to find a ‘blank canvas’ of a rural property which allows her to fulfil her passion for gardening outside of work.

Abigail Denby
Rural Team Assistant
ON MATERNITY LEAVE
Abigail joined Masons in June 2023 as assistant to the Masons Rural team.
Before supporting our rural professionals, Abi was a sales assistant at NFU Mutual for four years which has given her great contacts within the farming community. Previously Abi worked in the agricultural and auctions sector of a local property estate agency gaining considerable experience in all aspects of her current role.
Outside of work, Abi enjoys being a farmer’s wife and helping her husband on his family farm. She thoroughly enjoys spending time outdoors with her two cocker spaniels and appreciates socialising with friends.
Lucy Oliver
Accounts & Finance Assistant
Lucy joined us in August 2023 undertaking a Level 3 Business Apprenticeship while working in Administration & Support within the Masons Rural Team.
Starting from a strong set of GCSEs, Lucy worked hard on all aspects of rural administration including market administration and promoting Louth Motorhome Stopover as part of her apprenticeship which she passed with distinction. In October 2025, Lucy became our Accounts & Finance Assistant in the Rural Team. Lucy is covering the Market Office and Market Administration during Abi Denby's maternity leave.
Lucy loves working in the centre of Louth and appreciates all that our market town has to offer. Outside of work, Lucy enjoys using her home gym and running as often as she can. Her favourite walks are on the beach at Donna Nook where she appreciates the peace and tranquillity of life in Lincolnshire.

Jo Goldby

Jo joined Masons in May 2024 to work alongside the fully qualified team with data management, rural invoicing, infrastructure, AML and client and project administration systems, as well as producing financial reports.
Jo previously worked in the charitable sector for 16 years for Home-Start Lincolnshire as Office/Compliance Manager, working closely with the CEO and board of trustees bringing valuable experience to support her colleagues in the Masons Rural team.
Beyond work, Jo relaxes with Pilates and Yoga, and has recently found a new interest and passion in gardening, hopefully growing lots of fruit and vegetables in her new home in the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds, and continues to enjoying walking with her partner and dog.

Charlotte joined us in August 2024 to undertake a Level 3 Business Apprenticeship. She previously studied A Level history, sociology and psychology at college but chose not to go to university as she knew that she wanted to pursue a practical qualification.
Before joining Masons Rural Team, she previously worked in retail for over a year gaining valuable experience within the workplace.
Charlotte enjoys living in Lincolnshire and really appreciates being able to enjoy the peaceful natural landscape from her front door. In her free time Charlotte enjoys walking her cocker spaniel Belle on the beach, socialising with friends and reading books.
Abi Saunders BSc Hons MSc
Agri Business Advisor
Following a First Class BSc Hons in Countryside Environmental Management at Harper Adams, Abi took a Masters in Sustainable Agriculture and Food Security at Newcastle University, graduating in 2018.
Abi grew up on her family’s organic dairy farm in Oxfordshire and recently relocated to Lincolnshire, where she lives with her partner on his family farm in Lincolnshire. She joined Masons professional team in September 2024, bringing with her experience in practical farming, agri-environment and regenerative agricultural work.
Abi has considerable expertise in soil health and agri-environment schemes. She has previously worked with carbon auditing on farms and will be supporting Lucy Turner with SFI work while helping clients with an understanding of carbon and soil health and the supply chain. All of this requires expertise in data but can help give a baseline understanding to make smart management decisions to make farms more resilient.
Outside of work Abi enjoys playing hockey, walking and is a self-confessed foodie. She is looking forward to learning about Lincolnshire’s local and vibrant food and drink scene.
In February 2025, she launched the Wolds Future Farming Discussion Group, restarting a local discussion group open to all farmers in the area to discuss the current and future themes of agriculture in Lincolnshire.

Clementine Parry

Clementine joined us in October 2024 as our 7th Customer Service Apprentice, working in Sales. Her duties include, meeting clients, dealing with customer enquiries and booking viewings while studying for her apprenticeship.
Before joining Masons Sales Team, she previously worked in retail gaining valuable experience within the workplace.
Clemmie is Lincolnshire born and bred. Her late grandfather was Market Rasen racecourse doctor for 35 years and so racing is very much in her blood. She also enjoys walking in the Wolds with her family, socialising with friends and baking with her mum.

Simon is vastly experienced in property transactions. He knows Louth and the Lincolnshire Wolds’ property market like the back of his hand and shares his decades of experience and local knowledge with the wider Sales Team. Having joined Masons in 2009 after twenty-one years with Halifax Property Services, “Mr. Louth” has a loyal following of vendors and buyers alike due to his attention to detail, personal service, fabulous presentation of properties, professionalism and integrity.
Simon is married and has two children who are growing up fast and in his spare time enjoys photography, cycling and if the wind blows from the east (seldom) he could well be found with his kite buggy on the beach.

David Williams FAAV

David Williams left his livestock auctioneering and farming roots in North Wales in 1966 to join Mason, Fuller Chatterton & Haxby as it was then, and became a partner in 1968. He has practised throughout the region for approaching 60 years and is widely regarded as a senior and authoritative figure in the profession.
After becoming an agent for AMC in 1972 David is the longest serving and most experienced AMC agent in the country. Through longevity, diligence and hard work he has transacted more AMC business than any other single agent. David was national President of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuer’s in 1996 and was on the Lord Chancellor's Panel of Arbitrators for three decades. He is vastly knowledgeable about the area's farming families and is often called upon to give our clients the benefit of his experience and knowledge particularly in times of difficulty and when major decisions are required.
Having sold cattle in the market every week throughout his career, David handed over the auctioneering reins to Russell and now is on hand to support Ed. He is a consultant to the firm doing Agricultural Mortgage Corporation (AMC) broking and advice and is a director of the livestock market business Louth Market Ltd.

Simon is our Managing Director and oversees the running of each of our teams.
Since 2006 has been chairman of the South Lincolnshire Deer Management Group (SLMDG) whose many participating landowners manage the large population of Fallow, Roe & Muntjac population over a large area between Grantham and Stamford lying to the east of the A1 and across to Bourne up to Folkingham.
He has had a life long interest in livestock farming in particular and runs a flock of sheep who all live alongside him and his family on a small tenanted grassland farm in the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds. He is married to Corinne and they have three daughters.

Debbie joined the lettings team in 2011. In 2013 she moved over to our accounts department having previously worked in banking for 19 years. Debbie now manages our accounts for the Masons & Partners LLP and three corporate trading members Masons (Rural) Co Unlimited, Louth Livestock Market and Masons (Louth) Ltd and for other associated organisations.
When not juggling numbers Debbie enjoys walking and reading and a little known fact is that she has a qualification in painting and decorating!

Margaret Atkin

Margaret is a member of the Sales Team, working "behind the scenes" to provide admin support to her colleagues. She is a part-time member of staff working 20 hours a week and has many years’ experience of working in both the public and private sectors.
In her spare time she enjoys working in her garden and loves to travel.
Rebecca OBrien
HR Manager
Rebecca studied Business at Riseholme Agricultural College and went on to spend 13 years in the oil industry, working in Guildford and later in Great Yarmouth and Bacton, Norfolk where she was Office Manager for BP.
She joined Masons & Partners in 2010 initially managing office administration, HR, IT and office operations. Rebecca now focuses primarily on HR, supporting the firm with employee matters, policy and day-to-day people management.
Alongside her role at the firm, Rebecca owns and manages a busy holiday park and restaurant in Lincolnshire, bringing valuable commercial awareness and practical management to her HR role.

Sam Williams BSc (Hons) MSc
Associate | Senior Property Valuer
Sam is a senior sales valuer and lister, dealing with all types of property to town houses and rural homes with land. Sam is passionate about property and became an Associate in 2021 having joined us in 2018 following his MSc and working in a variety of agricultural service businesses in Lincolnshire. Sam also leads on new build sales for Cyden Homes.
Sam studied Business Administration and Geographical Information Systems at Aston University, and then took a Masters post graduate degree all interspersed with farm work. Previously, having worked in a variety of agricultural service businesses in the area he then joined the family agricultural contracting business covering the North Lincolnshire area. Having always been interested in property he has been keen to get into the industry since university and has renovated his own house in Louth.
In his spare time Sam enjoys spending time with friends and family, walking Labrador Millie in the Lincolnshire Wolds, visiting Cadwell Park racing circuit and playing the odd game of Golf.

Rosie Chetwynd-Talbot BSc (Hons)

Rosie is our Equestrian specialist. With a degree in Property Agency and Marketing, Rosie spent the first part of her career in Central London selling Farms and Country Estates from the Head Office of an International Firm, then ran a Prime Central London Property Sales Office. She later returned to her beloved home county of Lincolnshire, working for Masons, alongside family life. She is a keen equestrian.
Rosie is a country person at heart and is happiest spending time outdoors with her little girl, dogs, horses and husband Ed who runs a Free Range Chicken farming enterprise.

Violet is responsible operationally for the day-to-day of our Sales Team and our client experience. She is highly regarded for her exceptional communication skills with all parties from acceptance to completion and is the primary point of contact, to ensure our clients are fully informed and up to date. Having become a member of the National Association of Estate Agents, Violet is now working towards her Level 4 Estate Agency Qualification.

Lucy Turner BSc Hons MRICS FAAV

Having graduated from Harper Adams University with a First Class Honours Degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management, Lucy relocated from her home county of Shropshire, to Lincolnshire, to join Masons professional team in July 2019. She then went on to qualify as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers.
Lucy's main role in the firm is within Masons Rural, becoming a director in Autumn 2024. She undertakes an array of professional client work namely infrastructure and utilities. As a RICS Registered Valuer, she also undertakes a wide range of valuation work. When required, Lucy also assists with the weekly Livestock Market which includes clerking the sales alongside the auctioneer, and getting involved with the sorting and droving of both sheep and cattle.

Karen Brader

Karen joined the company in 2020. Her main role within the firm is to provide administration support to Masons Rural Team. She has worked in various administration roles but primarily her experience has been with the NFU Mutual Insurance. In April 2025 she was promoted to Admin Team Leader.
In her spare time, she enjoys reading, gardening and loves walking along the coastline in Jersey.
Lauren Chamberlin BSc Hons

Lauren joined Masons in early Spring 2021 to assist the Rural team with their professional client work focusing particularly on Rural Planning. Having graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 2012 with a degree in Planning and Property Development, Lauren worked for a private developer identifying sites for strategic development, before moving on to work within the equestrian industry for a number of years. Since joining Lauren's role has diversified into assisting with rural agency and taking on the workload for all the renewable energy projects.
Having returned to her home town of Louth in the spring of 2019, Lauren was keen to progress her career and is now aiming towards her RICS accreditation. Having previously ridden for Great Britain, Lauren now enjoys competing horses as a hobby, alongside looking after her beloved Labradoodle Mollie on the farm where she lives with her husband in the Wolds.

Beth has gathered a really good local property knowledge and customer service skills, having worked in the Sales Team since 2021. She now leads on buyer liaison and viewings and has begun to develop her skills as a Valuer working alongside Simon, Rosie and Sam to develop her valuation expertise. She is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents and studying for her Level 3 Estate Agency exams.
Beth has a keen eye for interior design and really appreciates the creative side of architecture and design. She likes to keep fit at a local gym after work and enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Eleanor Hopper
Sheep Section
Eleanor joined Masons in September 2021 while completing a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Agriculture at Riseholme College. She works part time at Louth Livestock Market every Monday and for Special Sales as Fieldsperson. Outside of Masons she works in a variety of roles in arable farming and livestock, driving carts and tractors, lambing and handling livestock. Eleanor is currently Chairman of Wragby Young Farmers Club. She loves working with livestock, so much so that she would love to have her own small flock of sheep. She loves living and working in the countryside because there is so much to see from the Lincolnshire Wolds to the Lincolnshire Coast, with no two places the same.

Sarah Lamballe

Sarah joined Masons part time in 2022 as a consultant Marketing Manager. Graduating with a degree in English & Philosophy from Leeds University, Sarah worked as a marketing copywriter specialising in fashion, gifts, home & lifestyle. She moved to Lincolnshire in 1994 working with a rural design agency on tourism and economic development projects while writing for leading fashion brands.
Sarah built Jim’s Yard in the Lincolnshire Wolds AONB and was Volunteer Director of Arts & Culture for the award-winning Portas Pilot team in Market Rasen while running Bricktree Gallery.
Outside work she enjoys walking and working out and is stepping back in the summer of 2026 to spend more time with her partner in Norfolk.

Georgia joined Masons in January 2023 in the Residential Lettings & Management Team and progressed quickly and now deals with all Client Account Monies, Financial Administration and Compliance.
Georgia is studying towards her AAT qualifications and has also achieved MARLA qualification.
Georgia moved from Essex a few years ago to Louth and loves the character of our small market town. In her spare time she tends to be down on the beach walking her dog with her partner and loves to travel and experience new things.

Having joined us in 2022 with some estate agency experience, Leila completed her apprenticeship with us and won the Commercial Services Champion at the Lincolnshire Apprentice Awards in 2023. She holds her Level 3 Residential Estate Agency Qualification and working on Level 4 . She is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents and now leads on sales negotiation, agreeing sales and seeing them through from acceptance of offer to completion.
Leila loves all aspects of home design and the variety of properties we offer. Outside of the office Leila enjoys running and going to the gym.

Amy joined Masons Rural Team in 2025 as our second degree apprentice on the Rural Estate and Land Management course at Harper Adams University.
Amy works predominantly with directors, Russell Jeanes and Lucy Turner on infrastructure projects and a wide range of other client work.
Amy is the 4th generation on her family ‘s farm in rural Lincolnshire where she enjoys taking a hands-on role with a particular interest in the sheep, giving her valuable experience to support her role in assisting at the Livestock Market every Monday.
Outside of farming, Amy enjoys horse riding and countryside walks in the Wolds with her chocolate Labrador.

Natalia joined the Sales Team in May 2025 with an MSc in Surveying & Real Estate. She is gaining hands-on experience across Sales and Lettings and plans to work toward professional membership with RICS and Propertymark in the future.
Originally from outside the region, Natalia relocated to the historic market town of Louth seven years ago, drawn by its outstanding schools and rich Georgian architecture. Now settled with her husband and three children, she brings both personal insight and professional passion, particularly for period homes and architectural heritage.

Sophie recently joined Masons as Marketing & Communications Manager, bringing experience in digital marketing and content creation. After studying English at the University of Liverpool, she spent five years in retail management within the wine industry before moving into a Content Creator role in the leisure sector.
She is passionate about creating engaging digital content and supporting the teams at Masons in promoting their expertise, properties and rural projects across the firm’s marketing channels. Having lived in the area for many years, she also enjoys highlighting what makes Lincolnshire such a special place to live.
In her spare time, Sophie enjoys performing with the Louth Playgoers Society, gardening and walks with her crazy spaniel, Dotty.
