Simon Williams is a RICS trained Evaluative Mediator and has been involved in resolution of rural sector disputes since around 2002. Simon leads the rural team in dealing with a wide spectrum of disputes, from boundaries and contract farming to landlord and tenant, development, farming partnerships, infrastructure compensation and valuation matters.

Thankfully, serious disputes are rare, however when they do arise, the often-recommended mediation process recognises that they can have a significant financial and emotional impact, distracting you from personal and business matters. As such, reaching a swift resolution is likely to be a priority for you.

Simon’s knowledge and formal training enables a quicker and more cost-effective means of resolving your dispute than having this dealt with in court or through arbitration.

Given the rare nature of serious disputes which require third party intervention, our experienced team is on hand to discuss in confidence the nature of any dispute which you are experiencing and the evaluative mediation services which we can offer.
