Bio
Wendy joined Masons in 2010 having had several successful years in an Estate Agency in Cleethorpes where she carried out valuations and sales negotiation/ progression. 

Wendy has in depth local lettings knowledge and has gained in depth experience dealing with all types of properties from smaller bedsits to estates and landlord portfolios. Her contacts, properties and tenant databases mean she can quickly match tenants to their right home leading to a fast turnover of properties, which in turn means happy landlords and happy tenants. She is friendly and approachable which is a major asset to her role as Head of Lettings & Management.

Wendy is the first point of contact for all landlords wanting an appraisal of their property.  She has qualifications within the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and is a qualified member of The Association of Professional Inventory Providers (MAPIP).

She is a valued member of the lettings team and was made an associate of the company in 2014. 

Wendy lives with her husband, has 3 grown up children and 3 grandchildren.

Robin has over 20 years’ experience in the property industry. He joins us following 10 years with Sanderson Green in West Lindsey where he helped manage the lettings department. He holds a Business Property Management degree from Sheffield Hallam and is highly experienced in lettings and property management, having previously worked for a decade in Grimsby. Here he gained extensive knowledge of the North and North East Lincolnshire property landscape. Robin is married with two boys. He has lived and worked in the area all his life. Outside of work, he enjoys fresh air and exercise, notably walking his two dogs and running in the unspoilt Lincolnshire Wolds.

ON MATERNITY LEAVE

Georgia joined Masons in January 2023 in the Residential Lettings & Management Team and progressed quickly and now deals with all Client Account Monies, Financial Administration and Compliance.

Georgia is studying towards her AAT qualifications and has also achieved MARLA qualification.

Georgia moved from Essex a few years ago to Louth and loves the character of our small market town. In her spare time she tends to be down on the beach walking her dog with her partner and loves to travel and experience new things.

Stephen King joined us in the summer of 2024 to carry out residential viewings for our Sales team as well as residential inspections for the Lettings and Management team. Having worked as a commercial surveyor all his working life, Stephen has considerable professional expertise to bring. In addition, Stephen has been a resident of Louth for 60 years and so has in-depth knowledge of our market town and the surrounding area to share.

Olivia joined us in June 2024 as our seventh Customer Service Apprentice. Having studied A-levels at Alford Grammar School, she decided to take time out to travel. On her return she joined Masons, working initially across the Sales and Lettings Teams, before becoming a highly valued member of the Lettings Team. Liv completed her apprenticeship with flying colours in November 2025 to take on a full time role as Lettings Agent & Negotiator.

During her travels, Liv worked as a ski instructor and au pair, always following her passion for adventure. She is active in her free time and plays hockey for Louth.

Lettings Business Administration Apprentice

Bio
Amelia joined us in March 2026 to undertake a Level 3 Business Apprenticeship, working in Lettings. She previously studied A-Levels at King Edwards Grammar School, but then deciding that University was not for her, chose to pursue a more practical qualification. Prior to joining Masons Lettings team, she previously worked in retail for over a year gaining valuable experience within the workplace.

Mia has lived in Lincolnshire her whole life and appreciates the surrounding natural views as well as the lovely community that belongs here. In her spare time, Mia loves reading,  days out with her mum and sister, and going on trips to the coast to spend time with family.
