Wendy Taylor MARLA Inv

Associate | Head of Lettings & Management

Bio

Wendy joined Masons in 2010 having had several successful years in an Estate Agency in Cleethorpes where she carried out valuations and sales negotiation/ progression.

Wendy has in depth local lettings knowledge and has gained in depth experience dealing with all types of properties from smaller bedsits to estates and landlord portfolios. Her contacts, properties and tenant databases mean she can quickly match tenants to their right home leading to a fast turnover of properties, which in turn means happy landlords and happy tenants. She is friendly and approachable which is a major asset to her role as Head of Lettings & Management.

Wendy is the first point of contact for all landlords wanting an appraisal of their property. She has qualifications within the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and is a qualified member of The Association of Professional Inventory Providers (MAPIP).

She is a valued member of the lettings team and was made an associate of the company in 2014.

Wendy lives with her husband, has 3 grown up children and 3 grandchildren.

Jessica Gladding MARLA TARIMP

Bio

Jessica works within the Lettings and Property Management department, having many years' worth of industry experience, since joining Masons in 2017. She works closely alongside our Head of Lettings, Wendy Taylor, who both pride themselves on providing a dedicated and highly efficient service.

In 2022 Jess passed her Level 3 qualification in letting and property management to become a MARLA member. In 2024 Jess gained her Propertymark Qualifications Level 3 Award in Residential Inventory Management and Practice (TARIMP) making her an ARLA Propertymark Accredited Inventory Provider, further enhancing the professional standards of Masons Lettings team.

Georgia Scannell

Administration & Support | Lettings

Bio

Georgia joined Masons in February 2023 having previously worked at family-run department store Eve & Ranshaw in Louth carrying out various administrative roles.

Georgia assists the Lettings team with administration and tenant/landlord communication and support.

Georgia moved from Essex a few years ago to Louth and loves the character of our small market town. In her spare time she tends to be down on the beach walking her two small dogs and loves to travel and experience new things. One of Georgia's goals for this year is to pass her driving test.

George Sanderson MRICS

Bio

George joins us along with his team from Sanderson Green bringing extensive experience in residential and commercial sales, lettings, management, surveys, and valuations. George is a qualified surveyor who has been practicing for over 30 years in his lifelong home county of Lincolnshire. George works with Masons as a property consultant providing specialist advice from the office in North Kelsey covering West Lindsey into North and North East Lincolnshire.

Robin Nicholson BSc (Hons) FARLA

Residential Lettings Agent

Bio

Robin has over 20 years’ experience in the property industry. He joins us following 10 years with Sanderson Green in West Lindsey where he helped manage the lettings department. He holds a Business Property Management degree from Sheffield Hallam and is highly experienced in lettings and property management, having previously worked for a decade in Grimsby. Here he gained extensive knowledge of the North and North East Lincolnshire property landscape. Robin is married with two boys. He has lived and worked in the area all his life. Outside of work, he enjoys fresh air and exercise, notably walking his two dogs and running in the unspoilt Lincolnshire Wolds.

Claire Bates

Bio

Claire also joins us from Sanderson Green, having joined their Lettings team in 2016 to ensure that service levels were met with expertise in client and customer liaison. Claire specialises in Property Management and Compliance for clients in West Lindsey, extending to North and North East Lincolnshire. Claire will continue to support clients from her home in the Caistor area where she is a member of Caistor Running Club. She is married with two children and loves running and walking with her dogs in the Lincolnshire Wolds.
