Latterly, we have invested in the well-regarded online review site - Feefo.
Online articles state that there is a direct relationship between online reviews and forward purchases, with over 93% of people agreeing that reviews do affect their final decision. Counter articles state however, that this all dependant upon the product and for how long it has been established, the longer a product (or firm in our case) has been established, the less likely this is to effect their business.
Masons have been established for over 165 years and with a set of customer ethics as strong as ours; we firmly believe that service is everything, especially within our industry! For those who don’t know us by reputation, online reviews are a reference point for you to utilise when choosing your selling agent and by using an ‘invite only’ service, we can ensure that all comments made about our business are fully legitimate and transparent.
