Landlords - What you need to know about changes to EPC regulations!

Information for Landlords regarding new EPC Regulations.            
 

As from the 1^st April 2018 there will be a requirement for any properties rented out in the private sector to  have a minimum Energy Performance Certificate rating of E.

The regulations will come into force for new lets and renewals  of tenancies with effect from 1^st April 2018 and all existing tenancies from 1^st April 2020.

I have attached an example EPC which would not be acceptable from April 2018.
