We're delighted to share that Clementine Parry has achieved a Distinction at the end of her Level 2 Customer Service Apprenticeship. This fantastic achievement reflects everything she has brought to the team since joining Masons in October 2024.

Clementine came to us having previously worked in retail. She has quickly become a familiar and welcoming face for clients visiting our Cornmarket office in Louth, while also handling enquiries across phone, email and online channels. Day to day, Clementine's role has included meeting and greeting clients, arranging and booking viewings, supporting the sales team with administration and helping ensure every client has a professional and friendly experience throughout their property journey. More recently, she has also been getting involved in preparing social media content and supporting the marketing of our properties and wider business.

Masons' Managing Director Simon Williams is a firm believer in the apprenticeship route. "Clementine is our eighth Customer Service Apprentice and her gaining distinction is another reminder of why we believe so strongly in this programme. Young people bring so much to the business and giving them the chance to learn hands on experience is invaluable.”

Clementine follows in the footsteps of previous Masons apprentices including Violet Woods, now Sales Manager, Beth Traves, Buyer Liaison & Viewings Lead and Leila Hall, Senior Negotiator, reflecting the continued success of the apprenticeship route at Masons.

Clementine has now joined the Sales Team in a full-time role and we look forward to seeing her continue to develop.
